									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;d say it would be a great idea to have a seperate account for the 10% deposit component. Most loans allow these facilites now. Reading the ruling makes me think you can do it without a split facility but it would be a bit messy.</p>

This means to me that I can use one of the accounts on the home loan to take the amount off my current CP loan provider and deduct the int. payments from my rental income. <p>If rates go up to 10% as I heard predicate today. Will you still be +ve?</p>
<p>I think the key is to lock in the rate when you know it&#8217;s a good time. BTW &#8211; its a good time!</p>
