Some of the alarm bells are ringing (eg double the purchase price in 10 years, one stop shop)…but other parts seem OK (eg 10 days to think about it)

Or have you used them. I too have been approached, and am wanting to find out more about them and their performance. That seems to be just as important as the properties they are getting you to invest in.
