Hey Guys ,
In Sydney on 6-7th September , Joel Bauer mentioned a company which could give advice on reducing taxable income , totally legally in Australia .
I think he said it was named VOTIVA .
Does anyone recall this ?
I looked it up on the internet . It seems to be a rreal estate chain .
Has anyone looked into this ?

Has anyone got any information on the value of a Self Managed Super Funds ( as opposed to a Family Trust ) , for the purpose of purchasing property?
One of Steve’s books identifies a number of benefits of a Family Trust .
Just wondering if anyone has experience with Self Managed Super Funds ?

Has anyone got any information on the potential for the extension of the Abbott Point coal loader ( in Queensland ) , to add to property values in Townsville ?>
Property prices in Townsville have gone backwards recently due to closure of coal mines.
I’ve heard on the grapevine that Townsville might possibly be the next big growth area.
Has anyone else heard this , or a variation of this opinion ?
If so, has anyone heard a time line ?
Hi Guys ,
There has been a slowdown in the property market ( especially for home units , as opposed to houses ) in Townsville , following the closure of coal mines .
However, I’ve heard that Townsville may be the next boom area .
Has anyone else heard this ?
If so, is there a ( likely ) time line for when prices may pick up ?
