Well.. I am still searching for a good accountant( Melbourne), who genuinely is a property investor them self and is interested in helping there clients.I use R J Sanderson. Excellent, with various locations spread over Melbourne. They specialse in investment property and are not expensive.

Carrum Downs has historically had high growth, but I personally wont buy there. I don't think growth is sustainable due to the huge amount of land being released in the area. RJ Sanderson has offices in Dandy or Franga as well as other locations. The MD worked with major commercial developers and is a leading accountant in relation to property.

In my PPOR my cat has missed the kitly litter and got the carpet and a rug. I pressure washed the rug, which had no effect on the smell. The agent I am dealing with wants $1000 deposit and for me to sign the contract before the offer is even presented to the vendor.
