Hi,
when we want a birddog, we would pay on a case by case basis, depending on what info you could provide.
The more the better of course.
Any investor will pay you well if you can collect the info required.
It’s in our best interests to look after you!

WE ‘birddog’ properties for investors , we also have the facility on our site for people to locate homes for us.
It’s a great way to find deals, best part is, it’s a really good way to get started and learn as you go along….
Anyone can do it without professional training.

The bank will want 10% because that’s the bank’s standard ask, although more , up to 20% for rural areas.
