									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The pro&#039;s are there is heaps of infrastructure and development happening in the area (doesnt seem to be just mining) and Boyne Island itself seems to have around a 1% rental vacancy rate while Gladstone is a lot higher. &nbsp;</p>
<p>There seems to be that a lot more people want to be near the beach and not minding the drive to work.</p>
