									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m focusing on the rosebery/mascot/alexandria area. Anybody else have any tips for the Sydney market? It seems Chippendale/Camperdown/Newtown are overboiling, lots of talk about Marrickville/Sydenham/Petersham as well. Anybody have any opinions?</p>
