I can help you with this job if you’d rather not do it yourself, if you do want to do it yourself have you considered have a 3D model drawn up so you can see how things will fit together? if you haven’t started your job let me know, i’m only too happy to help people in your situation.

i did two places over the last year, one in Clifton springs, now for sale on (www.realestate.com.au) and the other in ocean grove. the Clifton springs property value jumped from 360 to 480 but for considerable outlay as it was a new build, and the ocean grove place went from 530 to 620 for a 10k spend there. i guess you have to look at where your IP is located and do the math…and watch the market.

Hi, i might be able to help you, if you haven’t got what you need already. I just started a business / service for time poor investors who want to value add to their IPs. i do 3D designs so that you can see what you’re after before anything gets torn down or purchased. I’ve done this for my two properties and the finished product looks like the finished design. i do 90% of the work and organize the professionals to do the work i can’t certify, i.e sewer plumbing, electrical etc… but it saves you all the running around especially if you’re interstate.
