I actually posted a similar question in HEADS UP…and didn’t get any real update..This program was made public when it was first started, it got everyones attention and now you cant get a boo out of them…makes you think…????

Looking at the reponse this thread has had. Makes me think that know one has heard of anyone been sued and Trusts are unnecessary.

Dont get me wrong I’m not against Trusts.

I brought a DHA house 18 mths ago. Brought it from another investor. So it’s was not over priced. But if you buy directly from DHA, then expect to pay 10 to 20K over market price .Management fees are 16.5%, which is pretty steep but they repair/handle all repairs at no further cost.Rent is reviewed every 12mths(DEC).
