I think so many of these grpoups play on our own insecurities/fears.

    That’s very true, Kay.
And if these insecurities/fears are not noticable, they may give you a “psychologic test” and analyse you till they find something *wrong* with you- anything. Something that they can cure, of course![baaa]

That’s right, Jaffasoft, no photo on-line.

Thanks for that McDonalds link, Kay Henry [biggrin].
It would be so much fun to go to one of his bizarre seminars- just to see how the guy operates, how crazy things can get in there [mad]. We could sneak in little le snacks (oh no they’re too noisy to eat, something softer like jellybeans perhaps) and we could wear those glasses [suave] with eyes…[Read more]

You’ve read up on one of the investing gurus books, and they advise you put in “Multiple Offers”. say ten or twenty or more, etc.

But you can only afford to buy two properties.
Unfortunately, five of your twenty offers came back accepted, so you invoke the finance clause, legitimately now, as you can’t afford to…

I just let my PM handle everything; they’re experienced and know what they’re doing by checking tenants out in the first place.

I also have landlord insurance in place, which gives me peace of mind.

Hehe taking photo shots of tenants- that was a joke…right? [confused2]

We ate our Monopoly game. Hehe, we had one with chocolate properties.
So you end up with a shortage of housing towards the end of the game.
We still have the Dutch version that we brought with us; may be we should start playing it again- much fun!

I just want to know what sort of insurance people have on their properties (Landlord and building) and what company do they use.
