I need opinion about investing in Maitland (Gillieston Heights) vs Blacktown. Which one would be better in terms of capital growth and rental?

I am keeping an eye two houses one in Blacktown and one in Gillieston heights. Both has same rental yield and same block size. Almost similar price.
