    Hi Stevod

    Steve and Dave are a great inspiration to all of us however you have to set your own goals objectives and strategies.

    130 properties producing an income of approx $200,000 PA is about $30 dollars/week per property.

    We are aiming for a similar outcome but from possibly fewer properties.

    Some people see things as they are and ask why? others see things that never were and say WHY NOT!

    Australian Valuation Services, Karratha are certified valuers and property consultants but I,m not to sure about Quantity Serveying.
    They did a QS for me reluctantley.

    I know a good builder up that way EBS
