<p>It covers rent if a tenant leaves prior to the expiry of lease as well as malicious&#8230;the usual stuff</p>

Yes it is a GEHA lease.<br />
Spoke with the REA and they are offering 7.7% management fee<br />
good deal or bad deal?? I really just need someone to follow up when a repair is necessary.<br />
I am also thinking of negotiating with them to charge me on a per call-out fee (eg. $50 per call when they need to go out for a repair)<br />
Any thoughts</p>

ABS census data provides time series information which will allow you to see how things have changed.</p>
<p>The Whyalla local statistical region over the last 3 census (1991, 1996 and 2001)has experienced population decline&#8230;aproximately 16% over a 10 year period.</p>
