									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t think there is a seperate meter. They just needed to do new reading as they don&#8217;t turn on&amp;off the water.<br />
Are you saying that the Real Estate should sort this out? Can they keep the bond if they have problems? Could you sent me the info you have anyway, I like to be safe then sorry.<br />
