Thanks everyone for the references. Maybe I could talk to you Terryw about structure. I am keen to see if there are ways to invest with the trust and avoid land tax. I use the trust to protect assets as I own a professional services business. I will email you, I need someone like you on my team.

New to the forum, have one IP and ready to buy two more this year.
