Few people are now relying on education plans. Some are bankrupt already. What I did was I invested on a Taco shop branch my cousin owns. We just opened a branch where I am a part owner. My 2 kids are also entering college soon.

Thanks! I have managed to look into aviation safety management software. There are a lot of information available online but of course, but we are looking for someone who has a first hand experience with using such tool. Hi Liam. Others are correct here, instead of thinking the negatives about your property issues then why not talk to brokers or professionals who could help you with it. I think, they know better about properties. I just thought they could help you find others means to solve your problems.

In my case, I don’t really indulge myself to lending institutions but I was told by a friend that it is better than bank loans. To cut it short, if it necessary for you to have the renovation as soon as possible then you may try to get loans but if not, I suggest that you save first for that so that you could have funds for your kitchen and bathroom.

The house is located in California. I already talked to one of the financial advisers. He helped me understand options and gave advise on how much money I can borrow for my loan. I am thinking to take this “option” but still undecided till I have discussed this with my wife. :) Thanks for your reply.

As far as I have read about buildings depreciation value, a yearly depreciation rate has been set to 0% if they have estimated useful lives of 50 years or more. I hope that helps.

I would like to buy property and hold for income. This is my investing strategy at present and in the near future. In my opinion , is is the best thing to do. Property is a good investment. You could either sell it or make it as a means of income especially if it is a commercial or a resort type.

For me a holiday house is a good investment and you can really save especially if love going on a vacation to the place where you want to purchase. You can also use it as a business and have it for rent for other travelers.

Yes, the property or a house for rental is not that necessary to be furnished with things inside. Otherwise, it could have been that way if the house or place is for recreation like a beach house or a property for commercial purposes.
