<p>No Mortgage insurance and just below 7% also good to deal with (turnarounds)</p>
<p>Forgot to mention Westpac has dropped rates for Lowdoc too.</p>

<p>Incidently Firstmac has changed since my last message to 7.05% LOC and now customer pays MI so not so appealing.</p>
<p>Colonial/CBA dont discriminate against S/emp including me!!</p>

This is major problem with most self employed people i come across. due to everyone trying to reduce tax etc. come back to me with any further questions. Brad</p>
