Unless you are bogged down and don’t have the time, I think doing things like floor sanding yourself not only saves money but gives you good reno experience. I recently renovated a Miner’s Cottage in Townsville and was able to hire a belt sander for around $150. I was able to sand 4 rooms and the kitchen for that.…[Read more]
