    Hi guys

I went to one of Brad Sugars early “freebie” seminars or talks in Brisbane some 7-8 years ago. I was impressed by the way he presented himself.

Signed up for his business audio tapes, books and a business coach session. Unfortunatley I was “very” disapointed with the results and wished I’d used my money else where as Benson suggests.

I still receive alot of what I call “junk mail” from Action International.

    These are my views only.

    Hi Alf

I found myself in a similar position several years back after believing that the financial advisor was working towards our financial goals but soon found out he was just creaming his pockets with our hard earned dollars. We even introduced some good friends to this guy before we found out his real (rip-off) motiffs……

there is no regulation to protect you when i tried to complain no one wanted to know well none of the regulatory bodies. because it was real estate and there is very very little protection from the greedy phiranas.

    Hi Slum

I have only one IP at the moment and it is negateliy geared[:(!]. As I thought that was the best taxation option at the time.

I am looking to build on my portfolio in the coming year.

A couple of questions to you:

What areas (geographically) have you been buying in and how did you go about fianancing your IP’s?

    Hi Steve

I consider myself a newbie even though i have one IP already and I’m looking to increase that number.

The first IP I brought was negatively geared for what I thought would be taxation savings, but looking back now it may have been the wrong move as I’m topping up the rental short fall each month!

If I want to increase my IP’s then I will need to look at + cash flow properties in the future.

I have ordered a copy of your book and eagerly awaiting it’s arrival.

    Hi Steve

Congratulations on the release of your new book… I tried to locate a copy on the North side of Brisbane today but failed. [xx(]

I will order the book online this evening.

Looking forward to being enlightened by your knowledge.

    Bill
