<p>Well the only bit I can see about ending the contract says &#8216;The agent&#8217;s appointment can be ended by either you or the agent at any time&#8217;</p>
<p>It does not say how.</p>
<p>So is it really as simple as that?? And the bit about it continuing as an open listing until sold &#8211; does that mean nothing if we end it?</p>

<p>I have contacted the council and a surveyor. He says there would be a fee of about 2000 to prepare an application form for dual occ. We would also need house plans to go with this.<br />
Once the building is up and approved then we could subdivide it.</p>
