Just purchased first IP however this one is negative geared(PLEASE DONT HURT ME). I bought in an area which has seen steady yet impressive growth over a long period of time. I am however targeting positive cash flow properties next to help maintain my serviceability. Does anyone else believe diversifcation is a good strategy&#8230;&#8230;?</p>
