Dont have to purcahse all in the same entity, we could do it any way possible however there is the added cost of setting up a new entity. What did you have in mind?

Good idea richard.
Still need to find lenders who would be happy to take a loan with low deposit. Any suggestions?

The 6 units are alraedy strata titled, so what options would I have there?
There is definatly money in this deal an I dont want to miss it due to not be able to secure finance on it.

Handyman, thanks for your advice.
Any idea on waht to do with the area under the house, there is a decent sized gap where you can crawl under the house, not sure if it will look any good once rendered if the gap is still there.

What brand did you use?
I was having a look at http://www.shieldcoat.com.au who offer similar products.
Did you use it on fibro? and if so what did you use to replace the covering strips? and the area under the house that isnt covered?

My Mum work uses a debt colector, they take a 10% commision, and thats it, no work for you so why not. Also i think the NSW sherrif might do that kind of work.
