As I live in CQLD (Mackay) my recomendation would be either<br />
Mackay or (Rocky)Rockhampton .Depending on where the work is based.Mackay has nearly maxed out at this point with Rocky having more patential for better longterm  growth.Remember I have no expertise in this matter and recomend doing all your homework.</p>

I have just finished a reno of 150k and found keeping the floor clean is a real problem. I think floorsafter walls may be better.<br />
As some contractors were used  and they made this suggestion I found it more than helpful</p>
