As I live in CQLD (Mackay) my recomendation would be either
Mackay or (Rocky)Rockhampton .Depending on where the work is based.Mackay has nearly maxed out at this point with Rocky having more patential for better longterm growth.Remember I have no expertise in this matter and recomend doing all your homework.

I have just finished a reno of 150k and found keeping the floor clean is a real problem. I think floorsafter walls may be better.
As some contractors were used and they made this suggestion I found it more than helpful
