<p>Just a quick question  with your deposits for the properties in NZ was it borrowed from Australia 20% or were they cash, because I still have to bring some back to cover my deposit money from Australia which I use from my LOC account to enable me to purchase at 80% borrowed money for each deal in NZ.<br />

<p>Thanks for the reply I thought to have a company in NZ the directors or one of them, had to be a resident of NZ. I am waiting for conformation on that point.The reason for going with the ASB as all our acounts in Australia are with the CBA but we can&#8217;t borrow through the CBA for overseas purchases.</p>
