    hi david,

    sorry to confuse. i will be able to borrow about 280k + expenses. so 280k will be my buy price for a property, not 280k to invest, i am not that rich!

    i am interested in north perth, as i beleive it has huge potential. i didnt think it was possible to still get a house in north perth for $280k?

    sorry, i should have stated my budget.

    my budget cant exceed $280k not including pruchasing costs

    hello,

    i keep hearing people i talk to talk aobut cycles in property. i have heard that perth is on a 6-8 cycle.

    does anyone agree/disagree with this? and why?
