There are many adverts in papers regarding people offering vendor finance options.
never having had much to do with this option, I would imagine that ringing one of these people and finding out the details and then doing your own checks on them would be your best and most safe option.

    Regards.

Hey, just discovered this excellent little discussion, WOW!! Some of you people really know your science and history and politics and stuff!!! NOT!!!

Military industrial complex!! Man that phrase alone is worth at least 5 positively geared properties!!
CO2 buildup will cause climate change!! There is no doubt about this at all. It is the premise behind the "Global Warming" hullaballoo that does need to be scrutinised.
Why are the bleeding hearts trying to have us believe that it is the industrial situation of the planet that is totally responsible??
The planets biosphere converts CO2 to oxygen which most other life requires.
The major component of this biosphere the giant trees of the forest are being cleared at a rate never before seen.
Not only did they absorb CO2 they absorbed heat and converted it with the CO2 into energy to grow and proliferate, thereby maintaining the natural balance.
When you come right down to it , it is the human race with it's viruslike population explosion which requires space and electricity and manufactured goods that is the problem, limit population, all other problems become moot.

"Military Industrial Complex" That is GOLD!!!

I lived and worked in Emerald and surrounding areas for six years, 'till late 2005 and although the posted comments are very true of the last 6 odd years, I would be very careful in the ensuing 5 or so.
Most of the easy profit has evaporated, since the boom many people invested and drove the prices through the roof, so if you want to buy now the outlay to return equation is a little out of balance.
Also you are very exposed to the overseas commodities market and it only takes one mine to close in the immediate area of your investment for the risk to increase tenfold.
Do some research on the closure of the Gordonstone mine near Emerald in the late nineties, Emerald real estate which had started to boom then, went into a nosedive and only recovered in about 2003.
Be careful people, be wise and do your homework.
