No I’m not in land tax territory as of yet – I think I’m a ways off. Happy to go to any state.

Thanks Matt. My goal is to have enough income to leave the workforce so I need to purchase as many properties as possible. I think after this purchase I will hit a wall serviceability wise, so I’ll probably need something cash flow positive. Cheers

I’m looking at a property which has been on the market for over 90 days. It was first listed at $249K plus, then dropped to $239K plus, listed again at $239K plus, now at $259K – all with the same agent. Can someone please explain the price changes?
