I think you should visit both in order to decide which one you can have a better relationship with as it is built on trust. Most accoutants should be willing to see you for 5 minutes or so free of charge for you to decide if you would like to engage their services.

As per my previous post, I have been using Prasanth at Specialised Business Solutions for almost 6 months now for my property investing needs and cannot fault. I have referred one of my good friends in Sydney as well who runs a business. Given the nature and frequency that he requires an accountant's services he has no trouble liaising over e-mail & phone. I'm not sure if you're still looking around for a Brisbane based accountant but from the recommendations on this forum to see Specialised Business Solutions I went to see them a couple of weeks ago. I saw Prasanth Saravanabhava and he was able to give me all the answers & information on what I required in order for me to sift through the false information around the place. I was in a similar position to you with the intentions of setting up a trust for investment purposes. Since there have been quite a few recommendations to see their staff members on this forum I'm sure you can't go wrong with them!
