Road widening could affect my building
I have seen a concept plan for the future road development and confirmed with a BCC town planner for the plan. On the plan, a road widening draft is cutting through my property. However, I have not received any BCC formal notice regarding this. Will the council pay me for partial of the land they are going to occupy or pay me the full cost of property? I also have a commercial lease on the property, how can they compensate to the lease?
