									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I haven&#039;t  invested in south kempsey.  But I work in the area so I know a little about it.   Some streets I would image are much better then others.  There is a large percentage of residents who are reliant on centerlink payments.  I wouldn&#039;t buy sight unseen!</p>

<p>Im on the bottom rung of the ladder too with one IP under my belt but think that you have missed the point.  There is no golden goose that you walk up too with a bucket and then walk away with a 10% yield.  If you think that you can buy CF+ off the shelf you need too look somewhere else.
