Thanks everybody for sharing! Im also interested in overseas property investment and currently compare different countries: their prices, taxes, locations etc. I quite often use https://tranio.com/ source as it contains information from all over the world. But not only of course. There are a lot of them. Tonight Im going through offered sources above.

Dear Jonesey, you need to do some crucial calculations. It is often more profitable to use borrowed funds for construction or property purchase. But all depends on the individual case – terms, Bank rates and so on. Each case is different.

Hi, Sammy! In my point of view the most important things are experience and bravery. And of course the theoretical training as you mentioned. I also have read a lot, listened to experts too much and got the real knowledge only when I bought and then sold my first property 1 year ago.
Now I use some analysis from internet and listen carefully to my intuition.
