I am new to this. I have recently purchased an IP but do not have a tax accountant. Does anyone know a good tax accountant in the st george region (nsw)? I am trying to find a good tax accountant that is an expert at tax issues with IPs like CGT, depreciation schedules and able to give advice on what structure to use minimise tax?
