I have been looking at palmerston, geez they are asking for outrages prices, beyond comprihension. Iam looking at a place in moulden to pricy but seems everthing is well over priced dearer than northern suburbs!

Also you will be in Darwin and it will be in QLD so you will be relying on some else to sort out any problems. My experience with agents has led me to run my IPs myself!
