    As to youe point Alex. Have a look at some data for that part of town and ask yourself if things have moved already. Talk to the agents and look in their windows to see how much things were and how much things are now. I have bought eight properties out this way and resold 2 and the market has moved. I guess it is up to you to go ot there and see if you still think it is worthwhile buying.

    A word of warning about Gladstone. The prolonged drought has resulted in limited water being available for industrial use. Many of the future projects are being put on hold, such as the new smelter, until conditions improve. Don’t get me wrong, there is still a huge amount of work going on up there but some projects have been downsized or put on hold indefinately.
