Sanctuary Point is going very well, there are now 34 people looking per property (up from about 9), the ‘DSR’ score has gone up from about 10 to 19 (days on market down, auction clearance rate up, online search interest way up), and more importantly prices are up. Houses are selling pretty quickly too.
Thanks for the replies ; )

Thanks for the replies. Not going with that one as it's metro/capital cities only.

No worries. Someone here had an interest, did their investigating really quickly and decided not to go with it at this time.

I've let the agent know to go on to the next interested party.

For anyone who's in the Sydney CBD area near Central, I just found 'Sell For More – "Secrets that will maximise the sale of your property"' by Gil Davis ("One of Australia's most successful agents" – that's written on the cover ; ) for $2.99 at Basement Books, Henry Deane Plaza.

I haven't read it yet, so can't give a review, but I might post a short review here after I read it. I'm hoping it's worth at least $2.99.

I am from Perth and have never been to QLD so I don't know much about the areas, only that Southport will be where the Commonwealth Games are.

    Thanks in advance.

You've never been to QLD? Seriously?

Southport has been a bit flat but I've seen it recommended in some places recently.

What do you guys think of woodridge or logan central in brisbane? This seems to be another place where we can afford to invest in townhouses

I would make sure I knew the area in Woodridge, some parts are not pretty. Or safe indecision
