									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Read a few horror stories about painting vermiculite e.g. needs 6 coats. Neighbour says painter used 90L to paint his 80sqm unit. This spec sheet from Dulux implies that 3 coats with about 10L of sealer and 20L of paint ought to be plenty.
