    Hello WF

    I am setting up a Company which will only deal with WRAPS, This company will be held inside The Trust as a seperate entity. My BUY/HOLD properties are held as normal inside the trust but not in side the company to keep them seperate.

    I live in Port Hedland up north and I have been chasing for a WA forum as well.

    There is the Vendor WRAPS Association ( Australia wide ) also there is a business that trades under Rick Otton’s name We Buy Houses in Perth they are

    Hi Yarwood

    I live in Port Hedland ( 2000km North of Perth ) and I managed to narrow down some good suburbs and purchase a NEGATIVE [withstupid]geared property in Hilton from up here. I am also looking at Coolbellup, Spearwood, Hamilton Hill, Bibra Lake because I think their still cheap enough.

    I am starting to WRAP soon in Perth through
    a joint venture till I get my Credit Providers License and set my Company/Trust structure up.

    Will you be Wrapping?

    This is what I asked my Solicitor and his reply;[blink]

    Does the $10,000 Capital for Adams Pty Ltd have to stay in the company after CPL approval as I want all capital to be held in the Trust itself? ( myself )

    If not the company needs to have recourse against the assets of the
    trust to make good its own liabilities incurred in the course of
    performing its role as trustee, and you would need to include that in
    the deed of trust and show it to DOCEP. You would also need to provide
    financial statements for the trust as well as the company’s own
    financial statements. ( Solicitor )

    Hi Calvin

    I am getting ready to start WRAPS here but having trouble with the Credit Providers License[angry2] blending in with The Company/Trust structure at the moment, Any advise would be great.
