Well I must say in Steve’s defence that I have bouhgt 6 (nearly 7) properties and of those 5 would fit the criteria. They are out there you just have to look outside the normal areas.

The upside of a lease option is that they give you the ability to keep title in your name in a vendor finance arrangement (qld). The client leases the premises with an option to purchase the property at a set price. Sometimes the lease agreements concict of rent and capital sometimes they are just rent.
