I remember reading a “sorry” note from Steve re this problem, quite some time ago. As nothing appears to have changed, I went looking for it recently to see how long ago that note was written, but can’t seem to find it anymore.
I used to visit this site daily, but after it changed to this new set-up I became increasingly frustrated at the…[Read more]
Congrats on another pearler Dazzling….again not from luck but from putting in the hard yards to make it happen. I know what you mean by this ‘addiction’ to real estate and the good intentions we have about taking a break.
I have just finished a “mother of all reno’s” in Mandurah. From a flea-bitten, mouse-infested rubbish tip (inside and out)…[Read more]
Are you asking for a solicitor to handle your real estate purchases?….here in WA we don’t usually use conveyancing solicitors unless there is a specific need. Instead we use settlement agents who are generally cheaper from what I can tell.
*** This is for you Dazzling – seeing as you’re always on my case to post something. [biggrin]

Would love to get to the Money Show (and Property Show), but of all the weekends to pick in a year….I’ve got work seminars/workshops both Sat and Sun. Maybe I should take along one of those “How to Stay Awake at Meetings” grids to entertain myself!
Must have missed this thread from a couple of days ago, but certainly didn’t miss the “Moderator” tag next to your moniker when I was reading various posts.

As always, I do enjoy your no-nonsense, grounded, humourous and helpful replies.
Keep ’em coming.

I rang my trusty service provider for assistance…[Read more]
