I was pleased to see that you offered Bec an olive branch.

I think that this is the best way of dealing with disenter of wraps. If you can find out what problems others have you can try a find a solution.

It was a pity Bec was barred before she could make some useful ideas.

Michael my opinon of you has risen since this post.

I urge other wrappers on this forum to follow Michael’s lead and try to see things from other peoples point of veiw.

I think that the VFA is lucky to have Michael as its president

Pelican i think you are downplaying the contribution that Bec did make to this forum.

I still think that there has to be a better way of dealing with these issues rather than barring people from the site.

Why not have the yellow card that means you can not post for 1 week.

Two yellow cards unable to post for one month

Three yellow cards unable to post for three month

Four yellow cards = one red – unable to post ever again

I think it is a bit hypocritical to agree with Bec barring, but not calling for the barring of others that have indulged in the same behavior.

I do see your point aussierouge, but gettting rid of a voice because it is different from your own is wrong.

I agree with you about courtesy.

But it was not just Bec that was rude and offensive.
Both Pelican and Pieces have imflammed people at different times, so why are they not banned as well?

I would prefer if no one was banned. If topics are getting out of hand that it is up to the moderators to address it.

The more views that this forum has the stronger it is.

I think you have made a mistake in barring Bec.

This forum works best when you have views from both sides of the arguments.

Just because a person is passionate about an issue does not make them wrong or right.

If you dont like what someone said, ignore it.

I don’t know why people are running around saying the sky is falling in.

To me it seems like demand will go up for properties less than $500,000 and supply will decrease as less investors sell. Therefore higher prices

Nobody seem’s to be talking about land tax.

My business will save about $6,000 per year in land tax (from $27,000 – $21,000)

Look for the opportunities rather than the negatives

The Gordon Highlander are lucky to win a game.

The club sold their prime real estate to developers for next to nought, and have now a crappy licenced club that takes the lifts ages to get too.

The Waratahs always dissappoint, so i no longer go to their games.

The Brumbies have always been the best side in super 12, and are leading the comp this year

Enjoyed the show

Brad Sugars (ie the messiah) is very slick, and a great salesman.

The seminars we a bit to rah-rah for me.

Glad that they followed the two couples over 9 months

I think he will get a lot more people thru this show.

It shows that there are a lot of people who need to led, and told what to do.
