									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi Monopoly, sometimes an irregular block provides a quirk or uniqueness that can add value, you have to decide wether this would appeal to a prospective tenant or not. On the other hand it could be a good negotiation tool, in getting the price down lower.<br />
Also, make sure there are no strange easements on the block</p>

I trade Forex using a CFD account with 2% margins. I Find a currency which is about to explode either way and basically just set tight trailing stop losses. I set my entry and exit prices at the same time I enter a position. With 2% margin I can trade 100k with 2k as margin plus another 2-3k as a buffer. Thankyou for your reply, you have set me straight on some of the finer points. If everyone conducted their deals the way you have described then I would consider Wrapping a legitmate, ethical technique. Unfortuntely I don&#8217;t think every investor attracted to wraps operates like this!<br />

If the duplex is in 2 seperate titles, bad luck you can&#8217;t do it. If the duplex is one title (thats rare) Technically you could do it.</p>
