Hi I know the feeling as I had a the same experience with Spring FG. I lost thousands out of my Super, The GM told me that they didn’t have to tell me anything when I asked questions about the the setup.
When i didn’t wan tthe property that they were pushing in the heart of Brisbane they didn’t like that and tried to push another apartment .
I had already purchased an apartment through Spring which was suppose to be positively geared. I have just sold this apartment in Brisbane for a huge loss of 170k.
I have made a compliant to the authorities. Happy to discuss with others on th eoperating practices of Spring FG
