Me and my brother together got around $1.3 million borrowing power with minimum rental of around $1,000 per week required , I can do negotiation and my hubby can find the deals and manage the project. We are looking for cash JV partner (to fund 25% of purchase price plus 100% of renovation and/or subdivision cost) as our cash it tied up in building a house. We can do many small deals in VIC, Geelong area with purchase price around $300,000 to $350,000. Or if I get a lot of cash quickly I can find deals in Sydney St George area where I live or Western Sydney like Blacktown area. Or you can tell me any area you prefer me to find the deals.
