I to bought a house from universal property group. I wish I had if looked at reviews about this builder. I am having same issues. They send out rarely repairers to do minor work, they have no idea what they are doing. My house has been built with the cheapest and defective materials. The house looks like it is falling apart. The painter must have been a child (no wait a child would have done a better job) cleaners god my house was not cleaned every where had concrete and glue over every thing. Garage in crooked, oven crooked. Wall with massive gaps. Nothing is aligned defective gyprock woodwork doors you name it. Shame shame why do they still have a builders licence.
