My wife and I signed up with Members Alliance and this was the worst decision we have ever made.
The stories on this site about the pressure sales people and tactics used by Members Alliance are 100% true. ( I wish I had found this site before hand but only went looking when I realised we may have made a big mistake.
The house we bought took over 13 months to build from the signing of the contract after being told by the sales people that it would be returning income within 4 months.
The following service from their Property Management company (PPI Rentals) is appalling. There is a high turnover of staff and every time you call, no one knows what is going on as the other person has left. We have 2 other investment properties who are managed by Ray White and PPI do not even rate in comparison.
The quality of the home is very poor and surprise, Members Alliance do not want to know about it.
If you have visited this site and read the blogs, do not proceed with this company as all of the negative feedback is true.
If you still proceed after you have read this, all I can say is good luck and be prepared to lose money.
