How to Fix QuickBooks Error H202?
Title: How to Fix QuickBooks Error H202 (Multi-User Mode Issue)
Post:
Hi everyone,
I’m facing QuickBooks Error H202 while trying to switch to multi-user mode. It says the company file is on another computer, but I can’t access it.
Solutions that worked for me:
Open QuickBooks Database Server Manager
Scan your company file folder
Check firewall settings (allow QuickBooks ports)
Ping the server from the workstation
Restart QuickBooks services (QBDBMgrN)
After doing this, the H202 error got resolved. If anyone else is stuck, try these steps!

Hello,
I encountered QuickBooks Error 6000 77 when opening my company file.
Steps to fix:
Move the file to a local folder (like Desktop)
Rename .ND and .TLG files
Run QuickBooks as Administrator
Ensure correct folder permissions
This error usually happens due to incorrect file paths or permissions.
