    Hi,

I work for a Commercial Property syndicator based in Melbourne who manage ~$1.5B worth of Commercial Property assets. Trust’s own established properties (no developments) excepting rent on behalf of investors and distribute 6%-7% per annum plus capital growth. PM me if you’re interested in finding out more.

    Cheers

First thing i would ask any prospective organisation you intend to invest with is:

    1) Do you hold an AFSL?

    2) Do you have an Insurance to protect investors funds.

    3) Are you a member of AFCA.

If the answer is no to any of these then i would be wary.

I own http://www.ascf.com.au and as Australia’s largest Private lender we certainly could answer Yes to all 3.

    Cheers

    Yours in Finance
