http://www.noagentproperty.com.auI am looking to sell a freehold property in Launceston Tasmania with an on going bussiness… I have had it previously listed with a local agent without much success (seemed i passed on all the leads and did all the walk arounds etc)…
I have owned and operated the property since 2007 either under management or direct myself and now its time to move on and let some fresh blood take the reins and for me to pursue other opportunities back in Melbourne!!!
So any feedback on this style of listing would be greatly appreciated!!!

wattoI’ve used forsalebyowner.com.au twice and would recommend them. Not sure about no agents as have not heard of them before.
