    Hi,
I have a 65sqm qlder that needs gap filling and painting. Ceiling and walls to be done.
Any idea of how long it take per sqm or per room?
    How many tubs per room?
Condition – each vj has a gap and is bad as you could possibly imagine.
I am hoping someone can say, 3 hrs per bedroom and 10 tubes per room, just to give me an idea of what I am up for and the cost. :(
Would it be worth me lightly sanding the walls prior to gaping? Cant hurt, so there is at least another hour per room.

    Cheers

Best thing, call every contractor within the radius appropriate for the dwelling.

Get them to give you a real idea, then ask what there day rate is and offer a bonus to complete within a fixed time frame.

    could save big $
