    Hi all,

I am relatively new to property investing and was wondering if anyone could share some resources (e.g. websites) that they use to stay on top of what is going on in the property market.

Secondly, is anyone aware of any good websites which provide some kind of suburb profiling. In addition to providing the standard metrics such as median house prices in an area etc, I am keen to understand things like proximity of a property to a station, school, hospital etc. Does anything like this exist?

    Thanks,

    Brad

    Hey Brad,

Realestate.com.au (I study the markets myself)
    http://sqmresearch.com.au/ (a solid reporting tool)
https://www.corelogic.com.au/ (reports on everything property, sold prices etc)

I do not use or know of a tool (bar the standard Realestate.com.au Reports that actually structures it in such a way that a report generates in depth proximities

    Any further questions fire away.

    Kind regards
